A production engagement would include an audit and a published statement. This page records the practices already built into the concept.
Website concept for review — not Silverado's live website. Forms in this prototype never send, store or upload anything.
Built into this concept
- Semantic landmarks: header, main, nav and footer on every route, with a skip link.
- Keyboard operation throughout, including the mobile menu and multi-step intake.
- Visible focus styling that is never removed.
- Reduced-motion support: animation and smooth scrolling are disabled on request.
- Meaningful alt text, with representative photography described as representative.
- Form labels tied to inputs, inline errors announced through aria-describedby, and step state exposed with aria-current.
- Filter result counts announced through polite live regions.
- Layout tested for no horizontal overflow from 320px upward.
Still to do in production
Third-party audit against WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive-technology testing, a published conformance statement and a contact route for accessibility issues.
